If grievances arises pertaining to refund requests, complaints about course content, speakers, facilities, nonreceipt of certificates and other miscellaneous occurrences please contact Dr. Mary Affee Ed.D, MSW, RPT-S via confidential email to mary@horizonintegratedwellnessgroup.com as soon as possible, so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.

Refunds:

Online registration ends October 26th at 11:59pm. Onsite registration will not be available the date of the event. Refund requests will be addressed offered in full up until one week before the event.
